Business Development Executive – Web3 / Blockchain

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth for a Web3 / Blockchain development company. The ideal candidate understands blockchain ecosystems, has strong B2B sales experience, and can build long-term strategic relationships in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Web3, blockchain, fintech, and startups.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, events, and networking.
• Build partnerships with crypto projects, exchanges, DAOs, and tech firms.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical teams to scope solutions.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry meetups.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and sales forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years in B2B sales / business development (tech or SaaS preferred).
• Basic to strong understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, or Web3 infrastructure.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network in crypto / startup ecosystem.
• Experience selling software development or IT services.
• Knowledge of Ethereum, Solana, Layer-2s, or similar ecosystems.
• Attendance at Web3 events or hackathons.

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission / Performance Bonus
