Business Development Executive

1️ Business Development & Client Acquisition

· Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients within assigned territories

· Conduct daily in-person meetings with business decision-makers

· Present and pitch company solutions in a structured, consultative manner

· Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital communication solutions

· Build a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities

2️ Revenue Generation & Deal Closure

· Drive individual revenue targets through consistent on-ground activity

· Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals independently

· Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of deals across pipeline stages

· Maintain strong conversion ratios through disciplined sales execution

3️ Relationship Management & Account Growth

· Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

· Ensure timely payment follow-ups and healthy account management

4️ Market Intelligence & Reporting

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends

· Share structured feedback from the field with leadership

· Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports

· Provide realistic revenue forecasting based on pipeline status

· 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience

· Strong face-to-face selling and negotiation skills

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

· Ability to work independently with high accountability

· Comfortable with daily field travel and client meetings

· Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, telecom, or communication solutions preferred

· Strong communication and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
