Business Development Executive

At LinkitSoft, the BDR serves as the initial point of contact within the sales pipeline, responsible for qualifying outbound prospects into well-aligned, high-potential leads. This position emphasizes conducting discovery conversations, nurturing early-stage prospects, and scheduling meetings with key decision-makers, rather than handling deal closures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calling activities and execute focused email outreach campaigns to identify, connect with, and qualify potential clients for software solutions.
• Utilize strategic cold calling methods and results-driven email marketing approaches to generate qualified leads and foster long-term prospect relationships.
• Analyze client needs and effectively present the features, advantages, and overall value of the company’s software products and services.

Requirements:

• Strong command of spoken English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Dependable team player who works efficiently within a collaborative environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in the BPO industry, particularly in telemarketing and email marketing for software sales.
• Proven experience handling and executing B2B outreach campaigns.
• Practical experience with lead scraping and implementing structured cold outreach strategies.
• Solid expertise in cold calling frameworks and high-impact email marketing techniques.
• Strong negotiation capabilities complemented by a confident and persuasive communication style.
