Business Development Executive

Job description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Executive (B2B) with 3–4 years of proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the corporate sector
  • Generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, business owners, and decision-makers
  • Present company services (HR consultancy, recruitment, training, etc.) effectively
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver customized proposals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of B2B sales experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in an HR consultancy firm will be a strong plus point
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or relevant field
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Must have own conveyance
  • Strong market knowledge and established corporate connections
