Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive to generate leads, start conversations with potential clients, and book qualified meetings for our team. This role is focused on outreach, relationship building, and converting prospects into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries.
  • Conduct daily outreach via:
  • Email
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • WhatsApp
  • Respond to incoming leads and inquiries.
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, needs, and timelines.
  • Book discovery calls for the sales team or CEO.
  • Follow up with leads consistently.
  • Update and maintain the CRM with accurate lead data.
  • Track outreach, responses, and booked meetings.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.

Daily Activities

  • Send 30–50 outreach messages/emails per day.
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads.
  • Book 2–5 qualified meetings per week.
  • Update CRM and sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Experience in a marketing, branding, or creative agency is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality.
  • Comfortable with outreach and sales conversations.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and social media platforms.
