Business Development Executive

With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Business Development Executive to join our Sales team.


JOB PURPOSE

The Business Development Manager — Food Service will drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the food service channel. Responsible for executing the department’s business plan, this role manages the full business development lifecycle, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and opportunity conversion.


Serving as a primary customer interface, the role monitors market trends, develops strategic account plans, and ensures the successful implementation of initiatives to meet revenue and profitability targets.


ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KPIs

  • Identify new business opportunities in line with the agreed budget.
  • Ensure proper distribution based on customer weightage and timing and achieve 100% successful deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NFPC customers by providing timely and appropriate services and products.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
  • Lead sales planning and execution to consistently deliver volume, revenue, and market growth.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Solid knowledge of the UAE Food Service market
  • Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
