Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying prospects, reaching out through multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, chats, and social media), and scheduling qualified meetings with C-Suite executives for US management. This role requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong initial relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries using portals, databases and social media.
  • Extract and manage contact details of key decision-makers (C-Suite level).

• Outreach & Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other platforms.
  • Pitch SOAL Group’s services (Staffing, Virtual Assistance, and Customer Support).
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with qualified prospects for management.

• Follow-ups & Relationship Building

  • Send timely follow-up emails, reminders, and messages.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive approach while engaging prospects.

• Reporting & Coordination

  • Update CRM with lead activities, outreach status, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Lead and US management team.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales goals.

Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Cold Calling, or Lead Generation (BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or service industry preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation is a plus.
  • Ability to work US time zones as required.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the company.
