Business Development Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in resource augmentation services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term partnerships for IT resource outsourcing and dedicated hiring services.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate business for resource augmentation services
✔ Identify and approach potential clients for IT resource hiring needs
✔ Lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
✔ Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable resources
✔ Manage end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → meetings → negotiation → closing)
✔ Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements
✔ Build long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
✔ Coordinate with technical and recruitment teams for resource deployment
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Maintain sales pipeline and reporting

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field
✔ 2+ years of Business Development experience
✔ Hands-on experience in resource augmentation / IT staffing/staff outsourcing
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
✔ Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes
✔ Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Preferred Skills (Plus Point)

✔ Experience working with international clients
✔ Knowledge of IT services / software development lifecycle
✔ Proposal writing and presentation skills
✔ Experience with platforms like Upwork or similar marketplaces
