Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with strong exposure to:

  • Construction & Developers
  • Main Contractors & Subcontractors
  • Infrastructure & Civil Contractors
  • Consultants & Architects
  • Precast & Concrete Contractors
  • Insulation & Façade Contractors

The candidate will drive revenue growth across the UAE and GCC by promoting Galaxy’s full EPS product range for structural, insulation, and architectural applications.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development

  • Generate new leads across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Promote key product categories:
  • EIFS systems
  • Roof insulation panels
  • EPS void formers
  • Geofoam blocks
  • Floor raising blocks
  • Piling cylinders
  • Architectural decorative EPS
  • Identify project opportunities during tender stage.
  • Secure approvals with consultants and specifiers.

2. Project Sales & Technical Selling

This is not basic trading — it requires technical selling.

  • Conduct technical presentations to consultants and contractors.
  • Assist clients in selecting EPS grades (GPS 15–60) as per ASTM C578 standards GPPS -COMPANY PROFILE- 2025.
  • Coordinate with technical team for:
  • Load calculations
  • Density requirements
  • Fire-retardant compliance
  • Follow up on submittals and DCL approvals.

3. Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop a pipeline of active construction projects.
  • Monitor competitor pricing.
  • Submit weekly sales activity reports.

4. Consultant & Specification Strategy

  • Meet architects and engineering consultants to ensure:
  • EPS specifications are written into BOQs.
  • Galaxy products are included in approved vendor lists.
  • Promote sustainability advantages (EGBC alignment & recyclable EPS) GPPS -COMPANY PROFILE- 2025.

5. Cross-Selling Within Group

  • Coordinate with Galaxy Metal Industries & Al Nawras Express where relevant.
  • Promote integrated supply solutions within AJ Al Asmawi Group.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue target (to be defined)
  • Number of new contractor accounts opened
  • Number of consultant approvals achieved
  • Gross margin per project
  • Pipeline value growth
  • Project conversion rate

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years UAE construction material sales experience
  • Experience in insulation / EPS / concrete / precast / façade systems preferred
  • Strong contractor & consultant network
  • Knowledge of UAE fire code and DCL approval process preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license
