Business Development Executive

Herbal Park Ayurvedic Health Center is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to support the growth of our wellness and healthcare services. The role focuses on building partnerships, promoting Ayurvedic treatments and wellness programs, and expanding the center’s client base through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and service utilization.
  • Build partnerships with clinics, gyms, wellness centers, corporate organizations, and community groups.
  • Promote Ayurvedic treatments, wellness packages, and preventive healthcare programs.
  • Coordinate corporate wellness programs and health awareness initiatives.
  • Conduct market outreach, networking activities, and promotional events.
  • Maintain relationships with referral partners and corporate clients.
  • Support marketing campaigns and assist in lead generation initiatives.
  • Track leads, partnerships, and business development performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical services is preferred.
  • Driver's License is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
