Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Location: Lahore (Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach, email campaign management, and CRM handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and engage qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach strategies
• Build targeted prospect lists and manage follow-ups
• Plan and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing
• Maintain and track leads in Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Business Development Executive
• Experience managing email campaigns and automation tools
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Background in IT industry (BD Executive or similar role preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
