Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert B2B leads
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM data
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Work on customer acquisition and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, growth, or business development
  • Experience in SaaS / Software / ERP / POS / Fintech preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
