Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients confidently
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align business strategies
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and management
  • Track leads, follow up consistently, and manage the sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
