Business Development Executive

Location: On-site, Lahore
Timings: 6:00 PM onwards

Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SEO services sales, LinkedIn lead generation, and freelancing platforms (Upwork & Fiverr).

If you understand how to generate leads, convert clients, and close deals in the digital marketing space — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, social media, etc.) to potential clients
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Communicate effectively with international clients
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (digital marketing industry preferred)
• Strong experience in SEO services selling
• Proven track record on LinkedIn lead generation
• Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr client acquisition
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Must be a graduate
• Must be a resident of Lahore
• Available for on-site evening shift (6 PM onwards)
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
