Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our media production services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and agencies
• Pitch media production services and present customized solutions based on client needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Collaborate with the creative and production team to ensure client requirements are met
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (media/advertising industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Knowledge of media production, digital marketing, or branding is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
