Business Development Executive

  • Acquire new customers.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Responsible to follow up with the clients and to close the deal.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with the clients.
  • Achieve sales goals & targets.
  • He should be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Identify and understand the requirement of the customer & fulfill them by suggesting them appropriate solution.
  • Give demonstration to the clients either directly or online.
  • Attending conferences & meetings & Coordinate the industry events.
  • Planning and researching the business development activities.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set by the management for ERP or HCM sales.

Job Specification:

  • Strong history in sales & marketing of ERP Solutions.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Must understand the needs of the customer.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive approach and zeal to drive through allocated tasks.
  • Requires Traveling to approach different clients, meetings & corporate dealings.

Experience:

  • Software sales (HCM/ERP): 1 year (Preferred)
