Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for the Pakistan Stock Exchange segment, responsible for generating new clients and driving brokerage sales. The role involves managing end-to-end account opening, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pakistan Stock Exchange segment through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients, understanding their investment needs and offering suitable brokerage solutions.
  • Promote and present Floret Capitals’ PSX-related products and services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Convert leads into active clients by effectively pitching services, addressing concerns, and closing sales.
  • Leverage existing client base and personal network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end PSX account opening process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submission, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, onboarding status, and sales pipeline in internal systems.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve client concerns and onboarding-related issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, operations, and trading) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated with PSX market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, account opening goals, and KPIs set by management.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Preferred Candidate Profile (Optional but recommended to include)

  • 1–2 years of experience in PSX brokerage / capital markets sales
  • Strong understanding of PSX account opening procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Existing client base or proven ability to generate leads
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
