Business Development Executive

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive / Upwork Bidder to join our team in Islamabad. If you know how to write proposals that win projects and close deals — we want to talk to you.

Location: Islamabad (Onsite)

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
  • Write compelling, tailored proposals that convert
  • Manage client communications from first contact to project closure
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads
  • Track proposal performance metrics (sent, viewed, responded, won)
  • Coordinate with our delivery team on project scoping and pricing

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in Upwork bidding or sales/business development
  • Excellent written English — your proposals need to stand out
  • Understanding of IT/software services industry
  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with Upwork policies, connects, and agency accounts

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
