Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate sales or B2B client handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable with cold outreach and client follow-ups. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools to identify and manage new business opportunities. This role is suitable for a target-oriented and proactive individual who can work independently and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B / corporate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and consistent follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Apollo, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients for gifting solutions
  • Contact companies through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and online platforms
  • Present ZING’s perfume gifting solutions based on client needs and budget
  • Follow up with prospects to assist in successful deal closures
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline progress
