Business Development Executive (B2B)

Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Present and promote company products/services to corporate customers.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
