Business Development Executive (B2B) RUSSIAN SPEAKING

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive who is fluent in Russian and English, with 1–2 years of experience in B2B export sales. The role involves managing and developing customer relationships in Russian-speaking markets (e.g., Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus etc.),

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B spare parts sales to clients across Russian-speaking export markets (Russia, CIS).
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and Incoterms with international clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
  • Review and manage export documentation.
  • Maintain customer databases and accurate sales records (CRM).
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, independent, and target-driven.
