Business Development Executive - (B2B Sales Closer)

Globe Call Centre is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our Digital Marketing division. We are seeking dynamic professionals who excel in sales, client engagement, and international business development—particularly within the digital marketing industry.

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our global client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in international markets to promote our digital marketing services
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-ups
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized digital marketing solutions
• Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and strategic email outreach
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine and strengthen sales strategies

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within a digital marketing or IT firm
• Solid understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Practical experience with lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
