Your Role

Dangura Digital is a full-service creative and performance marketing agency helping brands stand out in the digital landscape. We specialize in branding, social media strategy, influencer marketing, paid advertising, and creative content production.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our client acquisition efforts, build strategic relationships, and open new revenue streams for the agency.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of marketing solutions, sharp negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting with decision-makers across industries. You will work closely with our creative, strategy, and performance teams to craft tailored solutions that deliver measurable results for our clients.

What You DoStrategic Business Growth

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-value prospects and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

Client Relationship & Deal Closing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design bespoke marketing solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to win new accounts.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to capitalize on untapped opportunities.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Brand Representation

  • Represent Dangura Digital at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Sales Performance

  • Manage and track your sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency.
  • Strong network of contacts in relevant industries.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services including social media, performance ads, SEO, branding, and influencer campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
