Business Development Executive (Experienced)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and driving business results.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to identify new areas for growth.
- Schedule and lead client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Track, report, and analyze sales metrics and pipeline activity.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead nurturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA/PGDM or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong understanding of the sales process and client lifecycle.
- Skilled at using LinkedIn, cold emailing, and professional networking for lead generation.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM systems, Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic technical understanding of websites, apps, and digital products is a plus.
Work Location
This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates are expected to work from our office during standard business hours.
