Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

Position: BDE
Location: Mohali Phase 8b

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn, and other portals.
  • Write customized proposals for clients and ensure a high conversion ratio.
  • Identify client requirements and suggest the right services/solutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare estimates, proposals, and project scopes.
  • Maintain communication with clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales/bidding targets.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing).
  • Ability to draft professional and customized proposals/cover letters.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
