About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role plays a key part in driving company growth through sales generation, client relationship management, and the identification of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) to align strategies and achieve business goals

● Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

● Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

● Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

● Prepare business proposals, quotations, and agreements.

● Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings.

Compensation & Benefits

● Salary Range: ₹2,52,000 – ₹3,40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
