Roles & Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students to provide detailed information about UG & PG programs, including curriculum, career outcomes, tuition, and admission requirements.
- Lead Management: Handle both inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms to convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Career Guidance: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and learning needs to suggest the most relevant programs.
- Follow-Up & Conversion: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and nurture them through the enrollment pipeline, ensuring timely conversions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective student engagement and consultative selling techniques.
- CRM & Documentation: Accurately record all student interactions and application progress in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility and ensure smooth admissions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in student counseling, inside sales, or education advisory (preferably in the EdTech or higher education space).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and consultative selling ability
- Empathy-driven approach to counseling
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
