Role Overview

  • We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) industry and its related companies) to lead sales, marketing, and operations initiatives to achieve strong revenue growth. This role involves managing customer relationships, expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Operational Leadership
  • Oversee and manage regional sales, marketing, and operations to exceed growth and revenue targets.
  • Analyze Sell-In / Sell-Out data and extraction trends for accurate forecasting and business insights.
  • Market Expansion & Penetration
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments, especially in your region by analyzing untapped market potential.
  • Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and broader geographic coverage.
  • Client Relationship & Feedback Management
  • Interface regularly with clients to gather feedback and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Use insights to guide continuous improvement in service delivery and product alignment.
  • Reporting & Strategic Input
  • Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on a regular basis.
  • Provide top management with key field insights and vendor performance updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduation degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills for market and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
