Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

We are an IT services company specializing in WordPress website development, SEO, graphics design, and digital marketing. We are looking for a full-time Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities for website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings (online), understand requirements, and present service offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing, create contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM or lead tracking system, ensuring follow-ups and reporting.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (IT industry preferred).
  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
  • Strong understanding of web development, WordPress, SEO, and digital marketing services.
  • Familiarity with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is a big plus.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
