Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential prospects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present and promote the company’s products/services to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Participate in business events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
