Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for forging lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients in target markets.
  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored financial solutions for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular progress and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Ensure exceptional client service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development within the financial services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products and advisory services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Prior experience in the Middle East market is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Note: Male candidates are preferred due to specific client engagement requirements.
