We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for forging lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and prospective clients in target markets.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored financial solutions for clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular progress and performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Ensure exceptional client service throughout the sales lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and advisory services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Prior experience in the Middle East market is essential.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an advantage.
