Job Title: Business Development Associate

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Associate to join our growing team . This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, providing regular progress and performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is a strong asset.
