Hiring: Business Development Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and visit wedding venues, marriage halls, and event locations to build meaningful relationships with venue managers, wedding planners, and potential clients.
  • Create and nurture long-term partnerships that help generate high-quality leads and grow business revenue.
  • Confidently present our photography services, portfolio, and unique packages to clients, highlighting our brand’s value and USPs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and implement innovative sales techniques to boost conversions.
  • Regularly review sales performance and use creative strategies, including social media marketing, to enhance business growth.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, leads, and sales activities.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to confidently close deals.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills for market research and data-driven planning.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
