What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding One Stop Legal’s client base and building lasting relationships. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of making legal and compliance services accessible, efficient, and trusted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels to explain One Stop Legal’s services.
  • Convert incoming leads from digital campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) into active clients.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to close deals.
  • Identify client requirements and suggest suitable legal, compliance, or business registration solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client communication, follow-ups, and closures in CRM.
  • Support senior management in client meetings and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about talking to people and solving their problems.
  • Friendly yet professional, with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Goal-driven, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinker who understands business pain points and how our services can solve them.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus).
  • Fresher or experienced, both are welcome — as long as you bring enthusiasm and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in legal, consulting, or startup services).
  • Good understanding of startup ecosystems and business registration processes will be an advantage.

Work Details

  • Location: Bangalore
  • Work Type: Full-time (In-office)
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Compensation: As per industry standard and experience
