The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the organization’s products and services. The role involves end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring business targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and customer experience.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
