Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and HR decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable manpower solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM/trackers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
