Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and events).
- Research and analyze market trends, industry sectors, and competitors to develop targeted strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities using CRM tools and other reporting systems.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on client feedback and market insights.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, with a track record of selling IT hardware and Software
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
