Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales (Preferable FMCG / Packaging / Manufacturing)
Location : New Town , Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct client visits for onboarding, documentation, and relationship-building.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage online sales platforms such as IndiaMart, Amazon, etc.
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and update management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 year of sales experience (domestic market preferred).
  • Good if have experience in online sales/ Retail Sales / Online platform management.
  • Proficiency in CRM and report maintenance.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.
  • Prior experience in the plastic industry/caps and closures will be a major plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
