Profile to be hired for Business Development Executive(BDE)
Start Date -Immediate

Role and Responsibilities:

 Closing on the given appointment.

 Creating a pipeline of potential clients and close deals

 Making client presentation and handling the complete cycle.

 Upselling/ cross selling to the existing customers.

Required Experience, Qualification and Skills:

 Fresher or experienced (0– 3 years of relevant work experience)

 Education must be minimum 12th pass and above.

 Personable, attentive, self-motivated, and driven by targets.

 Good communication skills – including both verbal and written.

 The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

 Customer centric approach to go extra mile to keep up the user experience

 Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Kannada Other Requirements:

 Candidate with bike and Driving Licence is Mandatory.

06 days’ work week.

CTC Details:

 Fresher’s – maximum up to 2.16 – 2.88 Lakh pa (Full time)

 Experienced – Hike on last drawn CTC
