Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 4–5 years of proven experience in business growth and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and leadership qualities to manage and mentor a team of BDEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, approach, and close potential clients through effective networking and relationship management.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless project execution.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Track key business metrics and report progress to senior management.

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience.
