Salary: ₹4–5 LPA + Incetives Probation Period: 3 months, during probation, ₹15,000 per month for a Fresher Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company’s recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Research, identify, and reach out to prospective clients across various sectors. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and market mapping. • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions. • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of services. • Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements as needed. • Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client communications, and lead status. Required Skills & Competencies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner. • Basic knowledge of business development and sales processes. • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Eligibility & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are eligible. • Prior exposure to sales, client handling, or recruitment services will be an added advantage.
