Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads, potential clients, and business opportunities in target sectors such as hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and industrial buyers.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Promote the company’s range of products such as medical disposables, PPE kits, surgical gowns, plastic components, etc.

Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation when required.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as defined by the management.

Collaborate with internal teams (Production, QA, R&D, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Attend industry events, expos, trade shows, and client meetings to build the company’s network and brand visibility.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
