Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels.
• Contact potential clients to pitch Vexa Grow’s services (Startup India, Seed Funding, NIDHI, DPIIT, Compliance, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, follow-ups, conversion, onboarding.
• Maintain daily reports and CRM updates of leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client servicing and documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand business services and explain them clearly.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of startup ecosystem, funding, or compliance (added advantage).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Management preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,546.24 - ₹40,048.98 per month
