Role Summary

The Business Development Partner is responsible for promoting McFes services, handling customer leads, and generating business. Training and full support will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Telugu and explain McFes services.
• Handle company-provided leads and convert them into sales.
• Assist customers with loan, insurance, PAN, credit card, and government service inquiries.
• Maintain follow-ups and provide proper customer support.
• Work towards monthly targets under manager guidance.

Requirements

• Must know Telugu.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial services is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Smartphone and internet connection.
• Freshers can apply.
