Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to generate leads, convert enquiries into admissions/business, and conduct direct client meetings. The candidate must be confident, well-presented, and have good knowledge of the education system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and local networking.
  • Convert leads into business by meeting parents/clients directly.
  • Conduct business meetings and presentations to promote our programs.
  • Maintain follow-ups with leads until closing.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, communities, and partners.
  • Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly business targets.

Requirements

  • Candidates must own a vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Knowledge of the education system is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle field work and meet clients independently.
  • Good attitude, responsibility, and target-driven mindset.
  • Experience in sales/business development (preferred).

Work Type

  • Work From Office + Field Visits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,048.53 - ₹40,000.46 per month
