Job Description:

We’re looking for a driven and results oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts — engaging prospects, presenting product demos, and building strong client relationships. What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively generate new leads through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Follow up on inbound leads quickly and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Conduct engaging online product demos via Zoom or Google Meet
  • Explain IT products and services clearly, focusing on benefits and ROI for clients
  • Manage your pipeline using CRM tools (like Salesforce) — track leads, update records, and follow through on every opportunity
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and meet team goals
  • Attend internal sales trainings, team huddles, and growth sessions
  • Handle multiple tasks while staying organized, proactive, and client-focused

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal
  • Confidence with video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, or similar sales/CRM platforms
  • Ability to understand and explain IT / SaaS products in simple terms
  • A self-starter attitude — organized, motivated, and target-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
