Job Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role includes explaining products/services to customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.
  • Follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and provide resolutions.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism during calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in tele sales or customer calling (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English/Hindi or regional languages.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
  • Good listening skills and ability to convince customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
