Role Description:

We are hiring a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive school partnerships and promote a comprehensive School CRM and Management Application. The role involves generating leads, onboarding schools, conducting product demos, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Skills:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard schools for our application and digital modules.
  • Experience selling EdTech, SaaS, school ERP/CRM products, or related services.
  • Existing network in schools (K–12 segment).
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation → follow-ups → negotiation → closure.
  • Present product value / Product demo to Principals, Correspondents, Admin Heads, and School Owners.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with school decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Gather client feedback to support product enhancements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
