About Us

Reachout Marketing is a fast-growing marketing and communications agency helping brands build strong customer connections through creative campaigns and strategic outreach. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals customized to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, and client servicing) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM records regularly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
