Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be a key contributor to Heguru India’s growth by generating leads, building relationships with parents and institutions, conducting demo sessions, and supporting admissions closures. This is a field-oriented, target-driven role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach (B2C Focus)

  • Engage with prospective parents through inbound leads, referrals, marketing campaigns, events, and workshops.
  • Conduct home visits and demo sessions (in-person or virtual) based on parent requirements.
  • Explain Heguru programs clearly, address queries, and build trust with parents.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads to drive conversions.

2. Institutional & Local Outreach (B2B Support)

  • Support business development initiatives by approaching schools, preschools, apartments, hospitals, and child-focused institutions.
  • Assist in creating referral opportunities and lead pipelines through local partnerships.
  • Represent Heguru India professionally during meetings, activations, and collaborations.

3. Events, Workshops & Activations

  • Participate in seminars, education fairs, parenting workshops, and community events.
  • Assist in setting up stalls, registrations, lead capture, and follow-up coordination.
  • Work closely with the marketing and center teams to maximize event-based lead conversion.

4. Admissions & Center Support

  • Coordinate with the Head of Center (HoC) and Parent Child Counsellors to support weekend campus visits.
  • Assist during high-intent meetings, demo days, and consultation sessions.
  • Support enrolment closures by handling basic objections and program clarifications.

5. Fieldwork & Office Coordination

  • Conduct regular field visits from Tuesday to Friday for outreach, demos, and meetings..
  • Use office time for planning, follow-ups, CRM updates, and team discussions.

6. Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, demo sessions, visits, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the reporting manager.
  • Share on-ground insights to improve outreach strategies and sales effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition
  • (Education, healthcare, ed-tech, or premium services preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, home visits, and weekend work.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
